These are the current policies used throughout the Royal Mail Group, and each business unit. If you cannot find the agreement you require please contact the Branch.

The policies have been the subject of consultation with the union.

It should be emphasised that these are only high level summaries and in the event that there is anything in the summary that conflicts with the actual policy document itself, the terms of the policy document take precedence. Where policies are contained in national agreements, such as the Attendance Procedure or Conduct Code, the terms of the agreement continue to apply.
